So things are doing great here!  We have  a lady we are teaching.  We asked her to  pray to know if what we're teaching her is true and of course she got an answer because she prayed with real intent and a sincere heart having faith in Jesus Christ.   Its amazing she is ready for baptism on December 3rd.  It will be great.

Okay that tie is amazing!  (we got a picture of him - and we teased him it was so ugly - pict is in this post)
But yeah it is from a thrift store it cost 50 cents can you believe that!  ( YES WE CAN)

This Sunday we got to give talks up in Silverton Colorado.  I would highly suggest looking up pictures of the town and the view it has of the mountains all around it. It was so amazing! We got up to 10,640 ft elevation on the pass and the town was at like 9500 ft elevation. The branch out there is even smaller then Dilkon was. With us included there was 7 people but it was fun and spiritual. This week has been good we ran out of Books of Mormon to give out so we started giving out Spanish ones. We only have one of those left. But we are going to Farmington tonight and we will get more while we are there.

Lets see my ponderize scripture is :

Doctrine and Covenants 121:44  "That he may know that thy faithfulness is stronger than the cords of death."

I love this because if you look at the "he" in the verse and imagine him as the savior then it really makes me think of how important it is to be faithful until the end. And really there is no end we have all eternity but included in that is sooooooo much blessings many of which we cant even comprehend.

They switched name tags for Halloween.
I joked he tied his tie to short and nicknamed it "thrift store tie"

Judging the Costume Contest

10/24

wow Durango is beautiful!  My camera is somewhere in my luggage and I haven't found it yet but don't worry you will get pictures because its just gorgeous here in the fall. I think a lady did send you a picture  of my first dinner here. We cover all of Durango.  Its great we will never run out of people to teach. I do miss Page though.   Elder Jeffery (my new companion)  is a super good missionary so I am excited to be learning from him. The only thing I dont like about Durango is that because weed is legal and its a small collage town all we smell l24x 7 is weed smell.   Its lame. But i am sure we will run into some funny people hahahahah.

Well ponderize for this week is Mosiah 2:41
And moreover, I would desire that ye should consider on the blessed and happy state of those that keep the commandments of God. For behold, they are blessed in all things, both temporal and spiritual; and if they hold out faithful to the end they are received into heaven, that thereby they may dwell with God in a state of never-ending happiness. O remember, remember that these things are true; for the Lord God hath spoken it.

I second this scripture, if you are struggling look to those who have the gospel AND ARE LIVING it, thats kinda the most important part. I promise that as you are not just grudgingly obedient but lovingly  righteous you will be blessed.

I am very excited and nervous it will be a change! Page is the hottest part of the
mission and Durango is the coldest so that should be cool... (pun) yup!
 It should be good
This week was great.  Saturday was so fruitful and Sunday was amazing
there was over 20 less actives at church it was amazing. And the testimony s were great.
I feel so blessed to have been here, but I know Durango will be good for me.
My ponderize scripture would be the quote from
President Monson " Remember who you are and what God expects you to become
. You are a child of promise. You are a man of might. You are a son of God."

I love that a lot I have thought about it a lot lately and I am so great full for a prophet.
